Origin
Recognized by King’s Order, the character of Orléans mustard rests on three pillars: an ancestral recipe, unique know-how and a selection of the best ingredients. The guild of Master Vinegar and Mustard Makers of Orléans was recognized by royal decree in 1580. For us, Orléans mustard is a must.
Preparation
