Bacanha yuzu syrup
Bacanha yuzu syrup is an aromatic concentrate of this exceptional citrus fruit from Asia. It has a tart, fruity aroma and a unique lemon scent.
The raw yuzu syrup can be used in your recipes for smoothies, cocktails, lemonades or diluted with still or sparkling water.
Ingredients of the organic yuzu syrup: pure organic cane sugar, water, organic yuzu juice, concentrated organic lemon juice, natural yuzu flavouring, natural mandarin flavouring, lime extract, citric acid.

Recipe Crispy salad with violet syrup and yuzu syrup
A sophisticated balance between crispness, freshness and an explosion of colourful flavours.
Ingredients:
-cucumber
-spinach shoots
-peach
-endive
-mint
-olive oil
-purple basil
-radish
-red shiso leaf
-2 cl raw violet syrup
-2 cl raw yuzu syrup
Wash and chop the fresh ingredients: cucumber, spinach, peach, chicory.
Garnish with slices of radish, purple basil and red shiso.
Season with raw violet syrup and yuzu syrup. Then add the olive oil.
