Give yourself or your partner a free monthly fitness pass!

 

If you choose this gift, your partner can exercise for free for a month. VU Sports Center has two fitness centers, located on Uilenstede and the VU Campus (OZW building). Both locations have modern fitness equipment that meets everyone’s needs. For cardio fitness and/or strength training you can go to one of the two locations.

 

If you opt for the Fitness Physiotherapy Monthly Card, we will forward your email address to VU Sports Center. They will then contact you to activate your monthly card.

 

About the VU Sports Center

 

We have played a major role in the well-being of our athletes for 55 years. We bring people together. Students who come to Amsterdam for the first time and live on their own for the first time at Uilenstede in Amstelveen. VU employees who can use all facilities free of charge. School classes that come to us for gym lessons. But also the many local residents, young and old. The VU Sports Center is for everyone!

 

There is a wide choice of many group lessons at our two locations. You can participate in indoor competitions or come and play recreationally. We have trainers who can guide you through an intake, provide personal training or do you want guidance in your lifestyle? Of course you can always relax or study with us in the Sports Café. Here too we offer many activities such as the pub quiz, always accessible to everyone.
