Thanks to the northern exposure of the vineyards, the grapes remain fresh enough despite the warm climate. To create the purest and most fruity style, François ferments the juice at a cool temperature in stainless steel tanks after pressing. A short aging on the lees adds some extra flavor intensity.

 

The result is an irresistibly delicious and original organic white wine with an exceptionally attractive price-quality ratio. The Galets Dorés stands out with its subtle, restrained aroma, its juicy, full taste, and its broad gastronomic versatility.
