It is with respect for this tradition that we make our recipes using stone-ground French mustard seeds, Guérande salt and Orléans vinegar.

 

Origin
Recognized by King’s Order, the character of Orléans mustard rests on three pillars: an ancestral recipe, unique know-how and a selection of the best ingredients. The guild of Master Vinegar and Mustard Makers of Orléans was recognized by royal decree in 1580. For us, Orléans mustard is a must.

 

Preparation
Respecting this tradition, we make our recipes with stone-ground French mustard seeds, Guérande salt and Orléans vinegar.

  • Ingredients: Orléans Mustard (water, Loire Valley mustard seeds, vinegar, Chardonnay wine (7%), Gâtinais honey (2%), Guérande salt, acidity regulator: citric acid, liquorice, turmeric, natural flavors, preservative: potassium bisulfite, antioxidant: ascorbic acid)
